Ross Meiners started Meiners Law Office, PLC in 2009 to focus exclusively on filing bankruptcy cases for individuals and businesses.
He has filed thousands of successful bankruptcy cases for his many relieved clients. It’s been very rewarding to help others move past some very stressful financial situations.
He enjoys hearing feedback from his happy clients during and after the case is done and how a case so positively impacted his clients’ lives.
Attorney Meiners is admitted to practice in the courts of Arizona and California, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Federal District Court, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the additional certification required to appear before the United States Supreme Court.
Additionally, he continues annual training and updating in bankruptcy law to keep up to date with all the latest developments in the ever changing bankruptcy laws and procedures.
He contributes to the ongoing legal education of other attorney colleagues, and has spoken in various judicial and legal forums on current important trending topics.
Mr. Meiners graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. He then attended law school and graduate business school at the University of San Diego, where he earned both his J.D. and M.B.A degrees.
Mr. Meiners began his legal career in San Diego as an attorney building his legal skills in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, litigation, and estate planning.
After returning to Tucson, he further worked in the field of bankruptcy law until opening up Meiners Law Office, PLC. Since then, he has been giving back to the community and helping others get a fresh start.
For Mr. Meiners, Arizona, and especially Tucson, have always been a favorite place to live. He enjoys the beautiful desert, golf and hiking. He notes that the friendly people around Tucson and southern Arizona make it a great place to call home.
